You will be contacted before your first appointment to triage COVID-19 status. This consists of a  brief phone call. It is necessary for my well-being and that of other patients that this triage is performed. I thank you for your cooperation in advance.

During the treatment, I shall be wearing PPE. The mask does reduce non-verbal communication, so I invite you to convey any uncertainty that you have to me verbally. It is vital that you feel safe, and seen.

At the start of our appointment, I will most likely ask a few questions to clarify my understanding of your situation, and perform assessments. 

Treatment and advice will be given based on the results of the assessment.

We will discuss a management plan regarding progress and recovery.
